Because our products are digital downloads and licenses, they are generally non-refundable once delivered. We want you to be happy, so we offer the following protections.
If you purchased within the last 14 days and the product does not work on your device, contact info@serxion.com with your order number and we will evaluate a refund or exchange.
If the software has a reproducible defect that prevents its core function and we cannot fix it within 30 days, you may request a full refund.
Physical items (if any) can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging for a refund of the product price. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Send an email to info@serxion.com including your full name, order number and the reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. Resolving issues directly is always faster.
